:INNOV8PLANNING: has produced a CLOPUD application in support of Cheshire Gym & Fitness Centre, Aptitude Health and Fitness. The gym has exciting and ambitious plans to expand into a larger, adjacent unit at their site in the village of Farndon in Cheshire.

Initially considered to require a change of use application, :INNOV8PLANNING: identified an opportunity to submit a certification of proposed use application instead, which reduced costs and planning risk.
